Jenny Graf, msw, lcsw
Jenny is a licensed psychotherapist who believes therapy is a journey towards healing and acceptance. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin in 2015. Jenny has experience and training in working with children, adolescents and adults. She is certified in Brainspotting and utilizes this technique often in therapy. She is also trained in play therapy, sand tray therapy, and has 20 hours of trauma center trauma sensitive yoga. In her personal journey, Jenny found for a lot of her life she was holding everything in, keeping everything tight in hopes of being able to hold it together. Once she realized, however, that healing meant you can’t hold it all in and letting go can be powerful, that was when she felt as though she was starting to bloom.
